Stephanie Kelly
Managing Partner, Master Coach & Trainer
Canada
Stephanie Kelly is the Managing Partner at Kerage and a senior executive coach, trainer, and strategist who works with leaders operating under sustained pressure and high expectations. Her work focuses on helping founders, executives, and leadership teams build the internal capacity required to match their external ambition—so growth, culture, and commercial results hold at scale.
Prior to Kerage, Stephanie spent more than 15 years leading marketing, communications, and growth initiatives across multiple sectors, working alongside senior executives, founders, and high-performing teams. While collaborating with organizations at every stage of scale, she identified a consistent pattern: most business challenges are not technical issues, they are human issues. Decision-making under pressure, leadership behaviour, accountability breakdowns, and nervous system overload were often the real constraints, regardless of how sophisticated the strategy looked on paper.
That insight now anchors her work as a coach and trainer.
At Kerage, Stephanie’s role spans client strategy, leadership and team development, business growth, and practitioner development. She supports organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity, while helping ensure Kerage coaches are equipped to deliver thoughtful, rigorous, real-world coaching.
Known for her ability to cut through noise and translate complexity into clear, actionable frameworks that leaders can use in real time, Stephanie blends behavioural psychology, leadership systems, and practical execution, supporting leaders to make better decisions, delegate with confidence, lead through tension, and maintain presence when stakes are high.
Stephanie is an award-winning strategist and an International Coaching Federation–certified coach. She works best with leaders who are serious about results, and ready to try new solutions to solve old problems.
Based in Ottawa, Canada, Stephanie splits her time between the Cayman Islands and the great white north. Stephanie balances her work with time outdoors, long hikes, and life with her partner and their very opinionated Golden Doodle.
