Reg Beniac is a senior executive coach and advisor with more than 20 years of experience across executive coaching, consulting and senior financial leadership. A former CFO, Reg brings decades of experience working with decision makers and navigating the commercial, financial and people realities of organisational life.

He works with executives, founders and senior leaders facing consequential decisions, complexity and transition. His coaching approach is patient and grounded in a belief in the client’s capability. His clients are accustomed to solving difficult problems and exercising judgement, but there are times when even highly capable people benefit from an independent space to properly examine their thinking.

He creates the space for clients to step away from immediate demands, explore what is going on, test assumptions and perspectives, and consider what they may not yet have seen. His role is to bring questions, experience and an independent perspective that help clients determine what makes sense for them going forward.
